This payment is for a block of 8 weeks progressive training plan. Once I receive the payment, I will send you a brief questionnaire to fill out in order to gain some key information. Once you have completed this and sent it back to me, you can expect the plan within 72hrs via email in a PDF format.
These training plans are designed to enhance your performance by providing you with advice on key sessions you should complete in order to hit all the physiological stressors you are likely to find in your sport. The main difference between these training plans and the performance coaching packages is that these plans follow generalised progression. They don't allow for intra-plan customisation or amendments.
