This payment is for a 18-week strength training plan. Once I receive the payment, I will get in touch with you via email and ask for a bit of information from you. I will also then likely arrange a phone call to discuss some things in more depth and explore your level of understanding. I will then get this strength training plan to you by an agreed date - Usually within 7 days.
