Individual Performance Programs

If you prefer to manage your own time but still need direction and expert advice then this is the right route for you. The advantage of these packages is that they are flexible and lets you manage your training time around your life. 

After gaining an understanding of your current fitness I will then develop a full report, and training plan for you to follow. The plan will show progression, and will lead you to your goals - Though it's up to you to manage this around other commitments in your life.

Cycling Fitness Testing

Performance Program - Initial Testing (£250)

  • Initial Questionnaire - To understand athlete 
  • Physiological Testing - Test current fitness & Zones
    • FTP test, MAP test, and Sprint Test
  • Full report on test findings
  • Specific Training Plan to work on weaknesses
  • 1-2-1 chat or (Skype call) to explain results & plan

Training Plans

Performance Program - No initial Testing (£180)

  • Initial questionnaire - To understand athlete 
  • Specific Training Plan to work towards goals
  • 1-2-1 chat (or Skype call) t explain results & plan
  • Plan sent electronically & Hard copy
